This regimental stripe tie, named after the 7th Earl of Cardigan, was the British Army major general who led the Charge of the Light Brigade at the Battle of Balaclava. Having been known for wearing knitted wool waistcoats, then named cardigans, we feel these grenadine stripes would pair brilliantly with knitwear or contrast waistcoats.
