Our customers will know from our last newsletter celebrating the Campaign for Wool that we’ve always been passionate about beautiful, long-lasting, natural fabrics. When we go about sourcing our material, we seek out the very best and that’s why Stendeven has been supplying us with its fine English cloth for well over 20 years. Originally founded in Yorkshire in 1885, Stendeven has built a deserved reputation for quality and excellence and continues to weave at its Bradford mill.
In honour of our highly valued relationship and shared heritage with Stendeven, we are offering 15% off its Glenesk range. The range is ideal for autumn, not just because of its rich, warm hues and colourways but also because it’s exactly the right weight for the season at 11oz. The combination of lambswool with 5% cashmere means it’s breathable, holds its shape and has a natural drape with durability. It’s highly practical but provides a soft, luxurious feel.
The colourways are inspired by nature and turning leaves and comprise coppery golden to rich dark conker browns and lush fir-dark greens, overlaid with russet reds, warm ochres and blues. There are also greys so the range covers all wardrobe eventualities from city to countryside.

Number 19061: Golden brown herringbone/barleycorn weave with Tuscan blue and ochre window check
Wear with jeans or cords with brogues then strike out and cut a dash on a bracing country walk scrunching through the autumn leaves followed by lunch in a pub.
Number 19055: Moss green herringbone with royal blue and crimson overcheck
Pair with grey or blue worsted trousers for country house chic. Perfect for a weekend dinner party or drinks reception when you want to look off duty and relaxed but smart.
Number 19048: Anthracite grey twill with blue and black overcheck
