Due to the Covid-19 tier 4 restrictions in London, we have unfortunately had to close our showroom from Monday 21st December until further notice. However, we’re determined as ever to offer you the best possible customer service under the circumstances. Customers will still be able to order accessories and swatch samples via our website. We can certainly say that 2020 was not the year we all had in mind. According to the Oxford Dictionary, “Lockdown” and “Furlough” are declared Words of the Year. Due to the pandemic, our customers are unable to see us in London (with a few exceptions) and our cutters are unable to travel to see you. We can honestly say we miss you and hope you are all keeping safe and well. We have received so many messages over past months and are truly humbled by the kindness and loyalty you showed us. We would like to say a big thank you for your support and patience in these unprecedented times. We are beginning to look to 2021 and the opportunity to welcome you back to 15 Savile Row, whilst continuing to ensure your safety. We are uncertain at present about travelling abroad but hope the vaccine roll-out will enable us to fly again soon. In the meantime, we wish you a wonderful festive season and look forward to seeing you very soon.
